Pastor’s Thoughts

It doesn’t take much to see the darkness all around us. It seems that the darkness gets darker and darker as each day passes.

That’s why I am so thankful for the light of Jesus Christ. As we trust and obey God’s Word increasingly in our lives, we will see more and more of the light of Jesus Christ coming from us. The darkness will not seem so dark.

God’s Word will never lead us wrong. It will always be everything we need and then some. You and I are here to share that light with others in our lives. Our spouses, our children, grandchildren, neighbors, coworkers, friends, family, church family, and so forth.

The only way that we will come to see this world change is if we allow God’s Word to change us and we share that change with others.

Have a blessed Friday everyone. I pray that you will reject the temptation to not see God’s Word as what it is… It’s the written Word of God that is more powerful than anything on this planet currently and more powerful than anything to come. Make sure to treat it as such.
